How Do I Care For My Swimwear?
We want your SUZU swimwear to last as long as your beach memories! So here’s how to take care of it like the luxury piece it is:
• Cold hand wash or gentle machine wash at 40°C immediately after each use (salt, sand, and chlorine aren’t exactly a swimsuit’s BFF).
• Do not soak — unless you’re soaking up the sun, that is.
• To dry, gently squeeze off excess water (no wringing like you’re trying to wring out the week’s stress!) and lay flat or use a delicate spin.
• Avoid drying in direct sunlight — we want you to shine, not your swimsuit.
• No ironing, bleaching, or tumble drying. Leave those for your clothes — swimwear is more of a laid-back type.
• Store in a cool, dry place — a cozy drawer, not the laundry hamper.
• Avoid oils and tinted sunscreen —they’ll leave marks, and your swimsuit is way too chic for that!
• Don’t stretch or pull with all your might — it’s not a superhero cape.
• We can’t be responsible for fabric balling or loss of elasticity (but we trust you’ll take care of it!).
• No spa baths for your swimsuit — fading and damage are not part of the relaxation plan.
• Avoid rough surfaces — you’re not wearing this to wrestle with rocks.
• Do not roll up or pack when wet — let your swimwear breathe, just like you after a long day.

Do I Have To Create An Account?
No, you don't have to create an account. One will be automatically created for you once you complete your first purchase. You will be able to access your account easily the next time you visit us using your email address and order number.
Inside your account, you will also be able to view your purchase history, as well as initiate any returns or exchanges.
How Do I Change My Account Password?
If you have forgotten your password, don't worry. You can easily reset it by clicking the 'forgot password' link. Once you click the link, you will receive an email with instructions on how to create a new password. Follow the instructions to set a new password that is secure and easy to remember. Remember to keep your password safe and never share it with anyone.

What Is A Pre-Order?
Occasionally some items may be available for sale on our website as a Pre-Order. This means that the stock hasn’t arrived to us yet, but we are offering it for pre-sale, to allow you to secure the stock. We do this with high demand items to give you the opportunity to secure one. These items will be marked as Pre-Order, with an estimated date of arrival listed in the product description. You may cancel a Pre-Order up until the time your order has been processed.

Can I Change My Order?
We get it – mistakes happen, and we're here to help! If you need to make any changes to your order, send us an email at customercare@suzu.ltd with your order number in the subject line, and we'll do our best to assist with any changes you need.
While we strive to process orders swiftly, there's a chance your order may have already been shipped. If that's the case, don't worry – you can still return it to us once received using our Returns Portal, as long as it's within our 14 day returns period.
Please keep in mind that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
What Methods Of Payment Do You Accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, AfterPay and Klarna. GST is included in the product price.
Can I Use Multiple Promo Codes?
Unfortunately not. Only one promo/discount code can be used per transaction. No discount codes are valid on top of our annual Black Friday storewide discounted offer.
How Much Does Delivery Cost?
SUZU offers FREE worldwide express shipping on all orders over $300 AUD / $200 USD.
If your order is less than this amount we offer a flat rate shipping charge. Check rates HERE.
When Will My Order Arrive?
SUZU uses Australia Post for all domestic orders and DHL Express for all international orders. We generally deliver all orders within 3-5 working days.
There may be the occasional delay due to Customs Clearance processes which are out of our control.
Please note, we cannot ship to PO Boxes, as all packages must be signed for upon delivery, so please ensure that you provide your daytime delivery street address and contact phone number.
How Can I Track My Order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email within one business day of your order being dispatched. If you have not received this email, please email customercare@suzu.ltd.

Will I Have To Pay Any Duties & Taxes On Top Of My Order?
As the recipient, you are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, and local taxes levied by the country you’re shipping to. These fees may be required to release your order from customs. SUZU is not liable for any charges or if your package is seized by customs.
Please ensure you are familiar with your country’s import regulations and taxes before ordering. If the package is returned due to non-collection, you will be required to pay re-delivery fees and re-importation duties. If these fees exceed the value of the swimwear, the package may be abandoned.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What Is Your Return Policy?
We want you to love your SUZU purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging with tags still attached. Please refer to our Returns page for more details on how to process your return.
How Do I Return An Item?
Returning your SUZU item is easy! Simply visit our Returns Portal, fill out your details, and we’ll provide you with our Returns address. After packaging your item securely, just post it back to us using your designated courier. Once your return is processed, we’ll issue your refund or store credit (depending on your preference).
Can I Exchange My Item For A Different Size Or Colour?
Yes, absolutely! We’re happy to offer exchanges for size or colour swaps as long as the item meets our return policy criteria.
Simply follow the steps in our Returns Portal to initiate an exchange and let us know your preferred size or colour. If the item is out of stock, we’ll offer store credit or a refund.
I Bought A Sale Item. Can I Return Or Exchange It?
Sale items are final sale, and unfortunately, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect. If you have concerns about sizing, feel free to reach out to us before purchasing and we can assist with the best fit.
I Received The Wrong Item. What Do I Do?
We’re so sorry for the mix-up! If you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at customercare@suzu.ltd with your order number and a photo of the item you received. We’ll arrange a replacement at no extra charge or issue a full refund.
